Andrew Bell's animated work for Pictoplasma is the kind of stuff that makes you stop scrolling. The way these characters float and glow... there's a dreamlike quality that's hard to achieve without feeling corny. Character design that's weird but welcoming, like creatures from a friendly dimension visiting ours.
